Formed in the early 90's, the ASIS Group comprises of a number of companies in two sectors to provide clients with a range of services and products they can depend on.
Sector I
We started Business activities as advisors in foreign trade & investment matters in 1993. That was followed by Integration of Custom Clearing and Forwarding in 1997.
Subsequent milestones include:
- The launch of eximkey.com in Jan 2001
- The addition of transport activities in October 2004
- Warehousing and material handling in 2006
Sector II
We began importing and trading in MDF / Particle board and other products required for interior furnishing in 1996.
In 2003, we commenced production of designer doors, door skins and furniture components at our plant located at Mahape. New Mumbai.
2007 saw the commencement of production at our, and India's. most modern plant at Uttarakhand.
